In order to ensure that the mold processing can achieve the expected results, three different inspection methods are basically used:

1. The depth meter can directly and quickly test the surface depth of the mold surface texture;

2. The optical microscope can be used to record the surface quality, and the magnification can be as high as 400 times.

3. The engraving details can be effectively evaluated using the FRT system (FRT scanner), using the combination of an interferometric measuring head and a color distance sensor, and drawing a two-dimensional or three-dimensional measurement map based on the principle of color difference. Based on the spectral distribution, accurately measure the height of the area. This non-contact method can analyze transparent, reflective and sub-surface conditions.
