Fully digitalized process chain, from idea to injection molded parts

LASEROFT 3D textures accompany users from creating gray-scale bitmaps to texture finished parts. The texture is projected onto the free-form surface by using standardized software tools. The 5-axis laser processing program is automatically generated. There is no transitional "repair" even for large visible surfaces. The parallel contour laser shaping of repeated 3D free-form surfaces opens up unlimited design possibilities and ensures the repeatable implementation of a single surface structure.
